Khaja set is a Newari community's traditional cuisine that is offered to guests at festivals and feasts. This wonderful and delectable combination of foods is served on a single plate with beaten rice in the center and all vegetables, eggs, and meat encircling it, all accompanied with local wine and chyang. Special and tasty khaja set prepared by Kumari Star Inn is served with varieties food and drinking items as shown in the figure.
